You have 7 days from the time you receive the cigars to notify us of any issues. Please email us at info@arbano.com
- Note: For cigars by the box of 25, there will be no refund or credit given. (Do not return any cut or smoked cigars). You can always order our 5 pack cigars, this will give you the opportunity to try one cigar. See below for the return policy for the 5 pack cigars.
5 Pack Cigar Return Policy
For cigars purchased in a 5 pack you will get a full refund if you smoke one of them and return the remaining 4. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer not seller.
If you order the incorrect items, you will need to ship those back to us (at your expense). Once we receive the incorrect items back and inspect them, we will then ship you the correct items.
Arbano.com does not sell Cigars to anyone under the age of 21. Note also that is unlawful to even attempt to purchase cigars below the minimum age. If you are not of legal age, please do not enter our site. All references to "mild", "medium", "full", are only for descriptors or flavor. No cigar should be considered to present a reduced risk of harm compared to other cigars. Arbano.com does not sell to retailers nor sell or ship on wholesale basis. All cigars sold by Arbano are intended for personal consumption only by its customers.
